For the last 3 years, we have met many different customers through different cosmetic expos, some of you had a chance to visit our company in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, but for most people Taiwan is a bit too far.
Therefore we decided to set up this blog to share not only our facilities and products with you, but also our everyday cases/struggles with customers, so that you get the insight of our business.
And maybe one day, if you decided to join the cosmetic business, either have your own brand of cosmetic product / or wants to be our distributor, then this blog should serve a good guideline for you to study.
Our company is consisted of several department, but I will simplify it to 4 major departments: Design, Sales, R&D and Manufacturing.
Behind the reception desk, you will see conference room on the left, where we give presentations to our visitors and have our daily meetings here.
On the right is the office, where the design department and sales department are located
Our designers share the same space with our Sales representatives so it's easier to convey the message/requirements of customers to our designers
Our GMP-soon-to-be certified factory and R&D laboratory are located opposite to the main entrance, but in this blog i will only post a couple pictures,
In the near future we will post a youtube video and give you guys a detailed virtual tour by our beautiful tour guide Annie.
