We talked about how you can have 2 choices for sachet printing : single color or multi-color.

If you decide to choose multi-color printing sachet, then you will face the dilemma of ordering minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 120,000 pieces. (total cost is around USD$4800, including the sachet itself and the printing)

This amount looks rather daunting, however, there's an option of combining similar designs in the printing job as shown below:

Our contracted printing houses employ pantone color matching technique, which is a six-color process printing, therefore if you can limit the total number of color under six colors(as shown above), then you can print more than one type of product.

note: the original color of sachet itself does not include as a part of the six colors, therefore if you also count the base color of sachet itself, then it's 6+1=7 colors.

Instead of printing 120,000 pieces for just 1 type of product, you can have the flexibility of printing 30,000 pieces for 4 types of products each. (through clever design and choice of colors)  This way you can reduce your risk of overstocking less popuplar items.

If you don't have your own artwork design, we can also design it for you, we usually charge USD$250 for the sachet and USD$500 for the sachet and the outer box (for the same product)

If you already have your own artwork design, then you must specify your pantone number to make sure the colors are matched (as shown below)

Note in the above design, different colors can be achieved by "fading-out" technique, that is, using different percentage of the particular pantone number, this way you can maximize the color effect while maintaining the same number of pantone color .

The communication between your artwork designer and the printing house can be very tedious and time consuming, many details will be discussed as shown below: 

It takes about 10 days to make prototype samples for you, then we will ship them to you to make sure you are satisfy with the quality of the sachet.  Once we get the confirmation from you, then it takes about 1 month for the mass production of 120,000 pieces of sachet.

The artwork design and the printing process is usually the rate-determining factor of the whole job, once we are through the design and printing stage of the sachet artwork, the rest of the manufacturing job is relatively easy and fast.
